To view the latest company listings in our directory, please click here. Select a category you wish to see, after which select a sub-category as per your search. The latest companies will be displayed at the top. You then have the option to sort the results as you see fit.

To sort company listings by their main operations which include: Manufacturer, Trading Company, Buying Office, Agent, Wholesaler/Distributor, and Others. Simply locate the gray box titled "Browse by", and click on the corresponding link. This box can be located on all company and category listings pages.

Before you are able to send inquires to companies in the database, you must be registered for a WorldTrader Pass account. Registration is absolutely free and takes only a minute. Making sure that you are properly logged in, locate the company profile you wish to contact and click on the blue "Send Inquiry" link. Follow the simple instructions on the inquiry page and make sure all of your company information is correct.

To view all the latest trade leads in the database, click here to visit our trade leads section. Locate the gray box titled "Browse by", and click on the blue "All Trade Leads" link. You will then be presented with the latest trade leads that have been posted on the Profile Index web site.

To sort all the latest buy and sell trade leads, visit our trade leads section and locate the gray box titled "Browse by". Click the corresponding "Buy" or "Sell" links and you will be presented with the latest trade leads in that category.

To search for a specific trade lead, visit our trade leads section and scroll down to the bottom. Locate the gray box titled "Search trade leads", and enter your search term in the provided field. You will then be displayed any matching results.

To view category specific trade leads, visit our trade leads section and and locate the vertical box titled "Trade Leads by Category". Select the category you wish to view. You also have the option to view "buy" and "sell" trade leads in that category.

Trade leads can be posted by anyone with a WorldTrader Pass account. Please register for a free account if you wish to post new trade leads on our web site. Once you are logged in, locate the post links on the right navigational menu. Follow the steps to post your trade lead on our web site.

To register for a free WorldTrader Pass account, please click here and fill out the short form. Make sure your company information is correct and up-to-date, as this will be the information displayed on our web site when you post trade leads. Now that you have registered your account, you are able to take full advantage of our web site and its services. You can now contact all companies in our database, as well as reply to any posted trade leads. You also have the option to post new trade leads yourself. Visit your control panel and browse around to get familiar with the layout and how our system works.

| How do I edit my username/password combination? |
|
To edit your username/password combination to something easier to remember, login to your account and go to your control panel. Then click on the "Edit Login Info" link or button and follow the instructions on the following page.

| How do I update my personal and company information? |
|
To update your e-mail address or personal and company information, login to your control panel and click the "Edit Profile" link or button. Fill out the form completely as this information will be displayed on our web site when you post trade leads.

| How does the Inquiry Folder work? |
|
The Inquiry Folder is a convenience feature. If you see a company listing or trade lead listing that you wish to save for future reference, you can just click the "Add to Folder" link and it will be saved in your Inquiry Folder for later viewing. You can save a maximum of 40 items in your folder. Once the limit is reached you will be prompted to update your Inquiry Folder by deleting any unnecessary contacts.

| How can I track what trade leads I have posted? |
|
Login to your control panel and click the "My Trade Leads" link or button. If you have posted any trade leads you will be able to keep track of all of them. You can delete any trade leads that have been posted and you can also re-send the verification e-mail for any future trade leads. To get familiar with this system, we advise you to browse around the trade leads pages.

| How can I delete a trade lead from the web site? |
|
Login to your control panel and click the "My Trade Leads" link or button. Click the red "delete" icon and your trade lead will be immediately deleted. Please be careful when deleting trade leads you no longer need. You cannot reverse a delete operation, however you can post as many new trade leads as you wish.

| How can I track how many inquiries I have sent? |
|
Login to your control panel and click the "Sent Inquiries" link or button. You will be able to track all sent inquiries from your account. This feature should be used for reference only.

| I can't login. I keep getting the wrong username/password screen. |
|
If you are having troubles logging in your account, you are not entering the username/password properly. Please keep in mind this information is case-sensitive, meaning letter capitalization matters. To receive a username/password reminder, please click here. If you keep getting a blank page, you are not entering your e-mail address the same way as when you registered.
