Company Listings

In order to for your company to be listed in our database, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and e-mail address). Your company's contact information is displayed on the web site and used for others to contact the user about the services and/or products they offer. Your e-mail address is not displayed on the web site for security reasons. However, users are able to contact companies through an online inquiry form.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. Certain parts of our web site are protected with our WorldTrader Pass system. It is a free registration which will allow you to access high priority parts of our web site. Registration is available to everybody, and during the registration process we ask you for personal information. We send all new companies listed in our database a welcome e-mail to verify their listing. Established company's who are already listed will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

Correction/Updating Company Information:

If a company's identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if your company no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that company's personal data provided to us.

Choice/Opt-out

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions at the bottom of their newsletter e-mail.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
